Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of major team-scoped projects and participate in cross-team initiatives
• Contribute to product work by providing feedback and suggesting improvements
• Mentor other engineers and investigate improvements to the platform

Required Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in shipping secure, reliable, and scalable production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting automation workflows
• Experience with Postgres or similar databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab or Jenkins
• Experience with Functional Programming languages is a plus
