Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve data integration infrastructure, marketing enablement, and experimentation data flows
• Build connections between Growth's external tools and internal systems
• Collaborate with the Growth team to translate priorities into executable engineering work

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software experience, preferably in a startup or high-ownership environment
• Experience with data and experimentation infrastructure
• Ability to balance technical tradeoffs between velocity and system health
• Experience in translating ambiguous product requirements into well-defined work units
• History of collaborating closely with product managers on user-facing teams
