Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their team remotely in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and optimize database performance with MongoDB
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to improve system performance and architecture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Understanding of REST API design principles and microservices architecture
• Experience with MongoDB and message brokers like RabbitMQ
• Intermediate+ English proficiency (written and spoken)
