Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of major team-scoped projects and participate in cross-team initiatives
• Actively engage in product work, providing feedback and suggesting improvements
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to the shared codebase while maintaining quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in shipping secure and scalable production systems
• Practical experience in designing automation workflows and improving them through iteration
• Proficiency with Postgres or similar databases
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS is a plus
