Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of major team-scoped projects and participate in cross-team initiatives
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements during product work and code reviews
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to the shared codebase while debugging technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in shipping secure, reliable, and scalable production systems
• Practical experience in designing or adopting automation workflows
• Proficiency with Postgres or similar databases
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Github, or Jenkins
• Ability to think in systems and define specifications clearly
