Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer AI-Native, backend Foundry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality features integrating third-party data and systems
• Define and codify AI-Native engineering practices for the team, establishing playbooks for broader adoption
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create scalable engineering solutions for complex user problems

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Apache Kafka or similar distributed streaming platforms
• Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerized deployments
