Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer, Backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services for resilience, performance, and scalability
• Integrate and deploy applications within AWS and Kubernetes, utilizing GitOps workflows
• Lead architectural decisions and mentor fellow engineers on best practices in Java and cloud-native technologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with Java and Spring Boot
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform/CDK
• Proven experience in designing and scaling complex enterprise applications
• Demonstrable experience with ElasticSearch and PostgreSQL
• Strategic thinker with technical expertise in aligning technology with business goals
