Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Backend Infrastructure (Labeling).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust, distributed backend services for managing labeling tasks and data streams
• Build and optimize data pipelines for high-quality labeled outputs
• Implement features for automated pre-labeling and task prioritization, and develop performant APIs

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of building scalable, reliable infrastructure
• Strong development experience with Python and SQL
• Prior experience with Trino, Flyte / Airflow, and Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with ML Ops workflows and multimodal ML data platforms is a plus
• Experience in autonomous vehicles (AV) is a plus
