5-10+ years of backend engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
Deep experience with the Spring Boot ecosystem
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code
Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)
