Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their team and work on an AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write efficient and testable Ruby (and/or TypeScript) code
• Collaborate on infrastructure projects and mentor team members
• Continuously improve team processes and contribute to product development

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of web development experience with Ruby/Rails
• 5+ years of experience with SQL databases
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and automated software testing
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Kafka is preferred but not required
• Genuine interest in technology and problem-solving capabilities
