Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend / Integrations Engineer (Cloud, APIs, AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable integrations with external enterprise systems
• Develop event-driven architectures and implement backend services using Node.js and cloud infrastructure
• Ensure reliability of integration pipelines and maintain technical documentation of integrations and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years as a Backend / Integrations Engineer
• Strong experience with Node.js or similar backend stacks
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and distributed systems
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Understanding of prompt engineering basics and event-driven architecture
