Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and develop cloud-native systems for a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of scalable and resilient backend systems and microservices
• Build and operate cloud-native systems on AWS, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Design and develop APIs and backend services that process millions of events daily

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience
• 3+ years of experience with Django or similar CMS frameworks
• Hands-on experience building and operating production systems on AWS
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with caching strategies
