Job Summary

Focused on high-throughput platform development, the full-time Senior Backend Engineer will design, build, and operate foundational platforms and shared services in a remote environment, ensuring high performance and reliability for engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build internal platform services that enhance developer experience and operational efficiency
• Architect backend platforms capable of handling high request volumes with predictable latency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Six or more years of professional backend or platform engineering experience
• Proven experience building and operating internal platforms used by multiple engineering teams
• Strong expertise in designing distributed systems with a focus on consistency, availability, and latency
• Advanced proficiency in a major backend language such as Java, Go, Scala, Rust, or modern C++
