Job Summary

To build the infrastructure that powers next-generation artificial intelligence and defense applications, the permanent remote Senior Backend Engineer will design resilient, event-driven systems while orchestrating complex AI interactions and enhancing architectural models for task delegation.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate complex AI agent interactions and manage conversation states using event-sourced architectures
• Expand a real-time context system that gathers information during runtime from specialized knowledge bases
• Develop execution layers for agents to utilize various tools while maintaining isolated credentials and comprehensive audit logs

Required qualifications

• Robust professional background in .NET Core or a similar modern backend technology stack
• Demonstrated expertise in engineering event-driven or event-sourced software architectures
• Proven track record of designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems at a production scale
