Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of backend development experience
• Proficiency in SQL and a willingness to learn Haskell
• Experience in making architectural decisions and evaluating their impact over time
• Ability to empathize with users to create lovable products
• Familiarity with incorporating AI tools into development workflows
