Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced engineers will find a full-time remote Senior Backend Engineer opportunity focused on shipping impactful AI-driven features, building observability layers, and integrating custom agents into a dynamic platform.

Key responsibilities

• Ship code execution for the assistant, including generating charts and tables in Python
• Build the eval and observability layer to measure agent performance and improvements
• Develop Custom Agents that respond to real-time CRM events and enhance user experience

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, with experience in Go, Rust, or TypeScript preferred
• Hands-on experience shipping AI features in production environments
• Familiarity with non-deterministic systems and their integration with deterministic processes
• Experience with tools such as Temporal, LangFuse, and databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Ability to evaluate and select appropriate AI models for various tasks
