Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Backend Engineer will collaborate with product teams to develop scalable software solutions, enhance developer productivity, and ensure code quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop highly scalable and resilient software solutions in partnership with product teams and system architects
  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring compliance with company standards and providing feedback for improvement
  • Support new talent acquisitions and train staff on development tools, processes, and standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
