Job Summary

Seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer for a remote, full-time position focused on designing and building scalable systems for the Payments Platform, ensuring financial integrity and optimizing payment processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and implement complex features while prioritizing data-driven decision making and performance optimizations
• Collaborate with multi-team initiatives to identify business impact opportunities and refine engineering requirements
• Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role
• 1+ years of relevant industry experience in Payments or Fintech as a backend software engineer
• Experience leading the design, implementation, and deployment of high-scale, cross-functional payment systems
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in defining product/technical strategy and driving alignment with cross-functional leaders
