Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer - GrowthTech
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new systems and functionalities to enhance operational workflows with AI-driven recommendations, prioritization, and automation
- Design and implement large, complex projects to innovate and increase care for the aging population
- Participate in an on-call rotation in collaboration with the tier 1 support team
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in software development in a big tech company or technology startup
- Expertise in microservice architecture and automation of manual processes
- Experience with Python, Node.js, or willingness to learn Python
- Proficiency in designing database models and working with relational or non-relational databases at scale
- Experience building distributed systems and cloud services like AWS, GCP
