Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Senior Backend Software Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing and implementing card platform features, building integrations with card issuers, and architecting scalable systems for a seamless card issuing and transaction platform that bridges crypto and fiat.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement card platform features end-to-end, including tokenization and transaction workflows
• Build and maintain integrations with card issuers and payment processors
• Architect systems ensuring scalability, security, and PCI compliance while owning features from inception to completion

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in FinTech or payments
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience in building and maintaining APIs and services in a microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of card payments, issuing, or transaction processing
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
