Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Apps Engineer (Backend Engineer) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team on planning and executing the product roadmap
• Work on sports taxonomy content enrichments and AI initiatives for the Fantasy product
• Ensure timely and quality deliverables while maintaining service availability

Required Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of Python development experience, particularly with user-facing web products
• 4+ years of experience in server-side API programming for scalable web services
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and AWS infrastructure
• BS in Computer Science or Engineering
