A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer I - Backend (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes
Mentor and coach junior engineers, including conducting thorough pull request reviews

Required Qualifications

BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team
3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table datasets
2+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting
2+ years of experience coaching other engineers
