Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer II- Backend (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes
Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing thorough pull request reviews and receiving feedback on personal work

Required Qualifications

BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
6+ years of experience building full-stack web applications as part of a cross-functional team
3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets
3+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting
3+ years of experience coaching other engineers
