Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) for AI Tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build features for task delegation and workflow orchestration using natural language
• Collaborate with platform teams to manage agent memory, reasoning, execution, and system integrations
• Own projects from scoping and architecture to implementation, testing, and support

Required Qualifications

• Strong backend experience with Python/Django; experience with TypeScript/Node.js is a bonus
• Advanced experience with React and ideally frameworks like Next.js
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, SQS, Lambda, and RDS
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor teammates
