Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Own features end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring while collaborating with Product Managers and Tech Leads
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and engineering quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 3.5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with backend systems in production and familiarity with Java, SQL, and Spring frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and messaging tools like Kafka or SQS
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and willing to mentor others
