Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building AI infrastructure and agentic systems, the full-time Senior Backend Software Engineer will design and deliver automation solutions for customer support and compliance operations, working remotely with quarterly in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of agentic AI systems, from orchestration through production deployment and monitoring
• Build scalable backend infrastructure in Python and Golang to serve AI workloads, including integration pipelines and measurement frameworks
• Drive end-to-end project execution on complex AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI/ML systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and Golang, with experience integrating third-party AI models
• Track record of delivering impactful end-to-end projects in ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience building data pipelines and working with large-scale unstructured data sources
