Job Summary

To revolutionize dental practice management, the full-time Senior Backend Software Engineer will manage the end-to-end delivery of major product updates using Java Spring Boot, ensuring system reliability and scalability while collaborating with product teams and mentoring others in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the release lifecycle of major product updates, ensuring reliable deployment and peak performance in production
• Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency while maintaining ownership over code logic and architecture
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to integrate AI capabilities and ensure seamless system functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience as a backend engineer with a focus on writing clean, quality code
• Experience with Java Spring Boot or similar frameworks
• Proven track record of successfully releasing high-traffic features or managing major platform migrations
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in software development
