Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Backend Software Engineer will develop highly scalable multi-threaded applications to integrate payroll datasets and facilitate fund movement through banking and payment networks.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend systems using Python and Postgres
• Integrate various payroll datasets with the financial services platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and scalability

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in backend development with Python
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management, particularly with Postgres
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based services
• Familiarity with multi-threaded application development
• Background in financial services or related industries is a plus
