Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

Passionate about backend development, the full-time remote Senior Backend Software Engineer will design and implement high-performance systems in Rust, optimize software architectures, and actively participate in the development lifecycle to enhance the security of critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, testable systems and tools in Rust
• Optimize existing software architectures for improved speed and efficiency
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, focusing on debugging and software quality

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing backend systems in a high-performance environment
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases such as Postgres
• 3+ years of experience with NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch
• Solid experience and understanding of Rust programming
• Experience working in a microservices architecture
