Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

To build the AI infrastructure and agentic systems that automate customer support and compliance operations, the full-time Senior Backend Software Engineer will design and deliver LLM-powered systems, develop scalable backend infrastructure, and drive complex AI initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of agentic AI systems for customer support and compliance automation
• Build scalable, secure backend infrastructure in Python and Golang for AI workloads
• Drive end-to-end project execution on complex AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI/ML systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and Golang, including integration of third-party AI models
• Track record of delivering impactful end-to-end projects in ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience building data pipelines and working with large-scale unstructured data sources
