Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

To build AI infrastructure and automate customer support and compliance operations, the full-time Senior Backend Software Engineer will design and deliver agentic AI systems, develop scalable backend infrastructure, and drive complex AI initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of AI systems that enhance customer support and compliance automation
• Build secure backend infrastructure in Python and Golang for AI workloads, including model integration pipelines
• Drive end-to-end project execution on AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI/ML systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and Golang, with experience integrating third-party AI models
• Track record of delivering projects with measurable business impact in complex problem spaces
• Experience building data pipelines and working with large-scale unstructured data sources
