Key responsibilities
- Set technical strategy and direction for critical platform areas to support rapid growth
- Design and evolve APIs, authentication, and data-ingestion primitives for secure integrations
- Mentor team members and establish design patterns for the engineering team
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of backend development experience with scalable, fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in platform and API design, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and authentication protocols
- Experience with resilient data ingestion from external systems and best practices in integration
- Proven track record of technical leadership and influencing cross-team decisions
- Familiarity with building sample integrations, POCs, and documentation for internal enablement
