Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backup & Recovery Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal technical advisor on backup, recovery, and data resiliency strategy for enterprise clients
• Design and lead the development of enterprise-grade backup and recovery architectures across various environments
• Perform hands-on configuration and optimization of enterprise backup platforms and develop automation scripts to improve operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on backup, recovery, and data protection
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise backup platforms such as Cohesity, Commvault, or Veeam
• Experience with virtualization platforms and enterprise databases
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native backup and data protection technologies in Azure, AWS, or GCP
