Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily activities related to the configuration and operation of systems
Support system optimization and resource utilization
Perform system capacity analysis and planning

Required Qualifications

Associate degree
Technical experience in IT, including microcomputers, DOS, and Windows operating systems
Experience providing daily user support for hardware and software issues
Ability to respond to user trouble tickets based on established Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)
Experience assisting users with installation and configuration issues related to supported software and hardware
