Senior Bank Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Bank Operations Manager will oversee daily operations with sponsor banks and financial partners, ensuring compliance and effective money movement for small to medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for sponsor banks and financial partners
• Monitor daily operational flows to meet service level agreements and manage exception handling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance while developing innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, partnerships, or compliance within fintech, banking, or financial services
• Deep understanding of the sponsor bank model and payments infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards (BSA/AML, KYC, Reg E)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex financial operational issues
• Exceptional communication skills with experience managing external B2B relationships
