Senior Banking Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Banking Operations Business Analyst to support operational change initiatives within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for operational change initiatives
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements
• Support process improvement and system implementations in a banking context

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services operations
• Strong understanding of operational processes, controls, and regulatory considerations in banking
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, swimlane diagrams)
