Senior BDR Trainer

Job Summary

Leading onboarding and program execution, the full-time Senior BDR Trainer and Program Manager will enhance the Business Development Representative (BDR) organization through training, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing development initiatives while working remotely in the Eastern United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve the BDR onboarding experience, including training frameworks and certification checkpoints
• Design and operationalize outbound enablement programs to enhance prospecting quality and execution consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with current campaigns and best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales training, BDR enablement, or related training roles
• Proven ability to build and deliver onboarding and ongoing development programs for sales teams
• Strong understanding of BDR workflows and sales-marketing handoffs
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
