Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for specialized behavioral health roles, including Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs)
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and maintain a strong pipeline
• Execute creative sourcing strategies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize recruitment efforts

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience recruiting BCBAs or other highly specialized professionals
• Proven success in long-term relationship building and strategic sourcing
• Strong command of applicant tracking systems and real-time workflow tracking
• Comfort with market-based recruiting, including local networking and potential in-person visits
• Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly in talent engagement
