A company is looking for a Senior Behavioral Scientist to lead the development of Behavioral Influence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex influence operation data and software development projects
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to create algorithms and ML models
• Oversee junior staff and ensure the reliability of technical outcomes for operational use

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in social sciences with 10+ years of experience in human-focused experiments
• 5+ years of experience in psychological R&D and statistical analysis
• Practical experience in influence operations and managing research solutions
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Strong technical writing skills
