Senior Behavioral Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Behavioral Scientist to work remotely, who will translate evidence-based behavioral science into actionable business strategies, enhance member engagement, and improve health outcomes through research and intervention design.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to identify opportunities for applying behavioral science to business challenges
• Design and lead experiments to uncover behavioral patterns and develop informed interventions
• Build organizational capability through workshops and presentations, translating research findings into practical applications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in behavioral science, experimental research, or a related field
• Master's degree in behavioral science, decision science, data science, experimental economics, psychology, social science, or a related field
• Experience designing and conducting experiments, including randomized controlled trials and A/B tests
• Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical tools such as R or Python
• Ability to communicate complex research insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
