Job Summary
Leading behavioral science initiatives, the full-time Senior Behavioral Scientist will design, implement, and oversee projects aimed at enhancing decision-making and health outcomes for members and providers, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a remote or Massachusetts-based role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of behavioral science projects across a diverse portfolio
- Serve as a technical lead, ensuring quality and practical application of behavioral science methods
- Coach and mentor junior team members while collaborating on strategic priorities
Required qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Economics, Public Policy, Sociology, or a related field strongly preferred
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience in behavioral science or applied research
- Significant experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects from design through implementation
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and program evaluation
