Senior Benefit Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QNXT Benefit Configuration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, build, and validate complex benefit configurations within the QNXT platform
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of benefit plans
• Support new plan implementations, annual updates, and ongoing configuration maintenance

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of experience, including 2 years of directly related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree, or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on benefit configuration experience, preferably in a managed care or health plan environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, and Commercial plans
• No specific certification or licensure requirements
