Senior Benefit Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on the analysis and configuration of complex benefit plans, the full-time Senior Benefit Configuration Analyst will work remotely to ensure accurate claims adjudication and compliance within the QNXT platform, collaborating with various teams on new implementations and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze benefit plan documentation and translate it into QNXT configuration requirements
• Build and configure new and updated benefits in QNXT, including various rules and codes
• Execute back-end data validations using SQL and participate in end-to-end testing of benefit builds

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience, including 2 years of directly related experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on benefit configuration experience, preferably in a managed care or health plan environment
• Strong working knowledge of QNXT system architecture and benefit logic
• Understanding of regulatory requirements across Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, and Commercial plans
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in technical documentation
