Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Administrator responsible for managing U.S. health and welfare benefit programs and leave processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer daily health and welfare benefits and manage enrollment processes
  • Oversee leave administration lifecycle and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintain benefit plan documentation and track ACA data and other required filings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration and leave management
  • Experience with modern HRIS/benefits platforms such as UKG, Workday, or Oracle
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance requirements and regulations
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
