Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Benefits Analyst to support the design and administration of health and welfare benefits and retirement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support benefits administration with a focus on Leave of Absence, Disability, and Retirement plans
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external benefit providers and carriers
  • Manage compliance, auditing, and reporting for employer-sponsored retirement plans
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience in employee benefit plan administration
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement creative solutions
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
