Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Benefits Analyst to support the design and administration of health and welfare benefits and retirement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support benefits administration with a focus on Leave of Absence, Disability, and Retirement plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with external benefit providers and carriers
- Manage compliance, auditing, and reporting for employer-sponsored retirement plans
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience in employee benefit plan administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement creative solutions
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
