Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual projects including audits, non-discrimination testing, system implementations, and benefits-related filings
• Oversee benefits enrollments and administration for international locations
• Lead the annual Open Enrollment Process and provide support to employees on benefits matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration, including international benefits
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefit programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Oracle preferred
