Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Benefits to join their People team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Workday benefit break-fixes and projects, including Open Enrollment
• Extract and analyze data from Workday, ensuring reconciliation with vendor systems
• Assist with the administration of 401(k) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field
• 2+ years experience managing administrative tasks within HRIS systems
• Knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans, including regulatory compliance
• Proficient in Excel, utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
