Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to partner with their benefits team in evaluating, designing, and implementing benefits solutions for healthcare and not-for-profit clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analytical aspects of benefits engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and financial modeling to support benefits-related recommendations
• Collaborate with senior benefits consultants to develop and implement benefits solutions for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration
• 2-4 years of business-related experience, preferably in benefits, compensation, HR analytics, or financial modeling
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of relevant benefits laws and regulations affecting health care and not-for-profit clients
• Experience working within a consulting, compensation, or health care-related firm preferred
