Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst (Ancillary Lines) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Request for Proposal process, including gathering marketing materials and preparing RFPs for carriers
• Organize data into marketing analysis formats and provide recommendations based on RFP analysis
• Ensure timely entry of client data into Smartsheet and develop relationships with broker partners and carriers

Required Qualifications

• College degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of group benefits experience
• Knowledge of ancillary benefit plan designs and the benefits marketplace
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to interpret and articulate carrier and vendor responses
• Diligent follow-up skills and effective time management abilities
