Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst who will drive benefits administration and analytical support for employee health services programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, administration, and improvement of employee benefit and wellness programs through cost analysis and market research
• Act as a subject matter expert on health and welfare benefits, ensuring high-quality service delivery to stakeholders
• Manage special projects, including data analysis, vendor transitions, and compliance documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field with demonstrated role progression
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
• Experience with Workday Benefits administration preferred
• Hands-on experience managing health, welfare, and retirement plans
